Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading records, or accessing Reclaim (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of the Service

Reclaim provides an ownership management companion enabling consumers to track purchase details, store receipts and proof-of-purchase documents, calculate deadlines (return windows, warranties, service milestones), and receive notification reminders.

Reclaim is an organizational and reminder tool. Reclaim is not an authorized representative of any retailer, manufacturer, or financial institution.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password or magic link authentication) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Cancellations

• Free Tier: Free accounts may track up to three (3) active purchases simultaneously without charge.
• Premium Subscriptions: Premium tiers (e.g. ₹499/year or international equivalent) unlock unlimited purchases, document storage, and priority notifications.
• Billing & Renewals: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual basis and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your prepaid period, after which your account reverts to free tier limits without deleting your historical data.

5. Your Content & Permanent Deletion

You retain complete ownership of all invoices, images, and data you submit to Reclaim. We do not claim any proprietary rights to your documents.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While Reclaim makes every commercially reasonable effort to dispatch reminders timely and accurately, you acknowledge that:

• Return and warranty policies are set and interpreted exclusively by individual merchants and manufacturers.
• Email delivery can be influenced by spam filters, network outages, or ISP issues outside our control.
• Reclaim does not guarantee financial reimbursement, return acceptance, or warranty claim approval by third-party retailers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaim is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Account Termination

You may close and delete your Reclaim account at any time through the Account Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security guidelines or engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
